T roubleshooting
Usually, if the system seems not to transport the signal as expected, the best
strategy for troubleshooting is to check signal integrity through the whole
signal chain starting from source side and moving forward to receiver end.

At first, check front panel LEDs and take the necessary steps according to their states. For more information

Check the matrix and the other devices if
they are properly powered; try to unplug
and reconnect them.
Cables must fit very well, check all the
connectors (video and TPS cables).
If the SIGNAL LED of the input port does
not light, no signal is present. Check the
source device(s) and the HDMI/CATx
cable(s).
Check the actual TPS mode and the
selected modes of the extenders.
Check the video crosspoint settings.
Check the mute state of output port.
Check the emulated EDID; select another
(e.g. emulate the EDID of the display on
the input port).
Enable HDCP on the input and output
port.
Check Test Pattern settings in the HDMI
output properties.
Check video settings of the source.
