The pressure reduction station of the CO
manually via a rotameter:
Adjusting the flow rate.
OPEN – turn counter-clockwise.
CLOSED – turn clockwise.
The gassing pipe is an opening for the gas supply. The pressure
and flow rate must be selected by the operator for the particular
application.
NOTICE!
The temperature control system must be switched
on to ensure uniform distribution of gas in the
incubation chamber.
The temperature can only be accurately measured with the mobile
Pt100 sensor using a reference flask.
NOTICE!
The reference flask must have the same size and
filling volume as the culture flasks, otherwise the
temperature will vary between the flasks.
