Error Troubleshooting
Replace Print Cart.
The Print Cartridge is near the end of life. The error is displayed when the machine encounters the Print
Cartridge life based on a set number of pages.
Applicable Errors
• 09-100: Replace Print Cart.
• 09-350: Replace Print Cart.
• 09-450: Replace Print Cart.
Initial Actions
• Turn the printer off and then on again.
• If the problem persists continue troubleshooting.

1. Print the Supply Information report and
check the life remaining of the Print
Cartridge.
If it is at or near end of life, replace the Print
Cartridge (page 4-4).
2. Replace the Print Cartridge.
