TO ADJUST HOPPER LEVEL BRACKETS

FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or
Servicing Machine; Stop On Level
Surface, Set Parking Brake, turn off
machine, and remove key.
1. Raise the hopper cover and tilt the hopper
back.
2. Locate the hopper level brackets on each
side of the frame, just in front of the drive
motors.
3. The hopper level brackets should contact
the bottom of the hopper when the hopper is
in a level position. The lip seal of the hopper
must contact the lip of the hopper cover for
proper operation of the vacuum system.
4. If the hopper is not level with the hopper
cover, the level brackets must be adjusted.
5. Loosen the two hex screws holding the level
bracket to each side of the frame.
6. Move the level brackets up or down until the
hopper and hopper cover seal evenly with
each other. Re--tighten the hardware to
18 -- 24 Nm (15 -- 20 ft. lb).
7. Open and close the hopper cover. Check for
proper sealing of the cover to hopper seal.
