2000 Series Disc Valve Motors
Bearingless Motor
This motor is the same as the standard motor without the shaft/
bearing assembly, and bearing housing. The mounting flange replaces
the bearing housing, see Figure 20. Follow same disassembly and
reassembly procedures as rear section of standard motor.
Disassembly Reassembly
Shuttle Valve Option
Disassembly of shuttle valve option, this valve is
located in the valve housing. Clean and inspect
shuttle valve parts and reassemble with new
seals, torque plugs to 8-11 Nm [75-100 lb-in].
