INSTRUCTION BULLETIN

NOTE: Numbers in parenthesis ( ) are reference numbers for parts listed in Bill of Materials.

Installation instructions for kit number 368673

DESCRIPTION:

This kit contains the parts needed to install a debris cannister seal onto ATLV 4300 machines.
Please follow step-by-step instructions.
SPECIAL TOOLS / CONSIDERATIONS: RTV Sealant
(Estimated time to complete: 0.5 hour)

PREPARATION:

1. Park the machine on a clean level surface, turn off
the machine, remove the key, and set the parking
brake.
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing
machine, stop on level surface, turn off machine,
set parking brake, and remove key.

INSTALLATION:

1. Open the debris canister cover and remove the
liners and bags from the debris cannister. Refer to
Operators Manual for instructions on how to
remove liners and bags from the hopper. (Fig. 1)
2. Remove the old seal (1) from the debris cannister.

to local waste disposal regulations.

3. Install the new seal (1) onto the debris cannister.
Install the seal so the seam is offset approximately
6 in.from the middle of the debris cannister. Use a
soft mallet to tap the seal into place. If necessary,
trim any excess from the seal. (Fig. 1)
4. Use RTV sealant to connect the seal (1) ends
together. (Fig. 1)
5. Reinstall both liners and bags into the debris
cannister. Refer to Operator Manual for
instructions how to install the liners and bags into
the debris cannisterr. (Fig. 1)
