Editing a User's Access Level

Use the following TL1 command to change the access level for a specified user.
ED-USER-SECU:[<tid>]:<uid>:[<ctag>]::<keyword>=<value>;
This command always has a access level of SECURITY.
Parameter

ACCLVL
Sample Command
ED-USER-SECU::TECHNICIAN:TS1000::ACCLVL=ADMIN;
This command changes the access level for the TECHNICIAN user to ADMIN.
