Changing the Current User's Password
The ED-PID command changes the specified user's password.
ED-PID:[<tid>]:[<uid>]:[<ctag>]::<oldpid>,<newpid>;
This command has a default access level of USER.

for all users.

This command always has a access level of SECURITY.
