2.12.1 PoE Redundancy Support

One PoE PSE port. called PoE primary port in the following description can be specified one PSE port as its
backup port to support a PoE redundancy. "Disable" selection on Backup Port setting means PoE redundancy
function is disabled.
Note: A backup port is disabled for its PoE function and port function by the system as it is configured being a
PoE backup port.
PoE failure detection
The system is monitoring continuously the PoE connection failure status as the port's PoE redundancy function
is enabled.
There are two modes for detection PoE failure as follows:
Power only
Power or port link
Click to undo any changes made locally and revert to previously saved values.
PoE power is off due to the possible reasons - the PD disconnection, power budget
exceeded, PD overload, invalid PD, PD is off.
PoE power is off (as mentioned above) or the port link down is detected for a period
of 0.5 second
