The parameters are written to the A/D converter module.
● When using an extension module, also set the parameters of the extension module.
For the parameters of the extension module, refer to the following:
 Manual of the extension module used
● Set all the items for the parameter. If any blank exists, the parameters cannot be written to the A/D converter module.
● To read the parameter from the A/D converter module, set "Method selection" to "Parameter read" and click
● The parameters are checked when they are written to the A/D converter module. If the following message is displayed
during the writing, take corrective action for the error code in < >. For details on the error codes, refer to the list of error
codes ( Page 172, Section 11.2) and the user's manual for the master/local module used.
