Error name
The addresses set in the external signal
assignment function are different from those
assigned to the extension I/O module.
External signal
indicates a type of the following errors:
assignment setting
0: Trigger conversion function
error
1: Input signal error detection function
2: Alert output function
3: Error output
4: Warning output
Same address for
The same address has been set in multiple
the external signal
extension output modules for the external
assignment function
signal assignment function.
The averaging time value set in CH Time
average/Count average/Moving average
(address: 0105H to 0108H) is outside the
range of 2 to 5000ms.
indicates the number of the channel where
an error has occurred.
Averaging time
setting out-of-range
The time average value set in CH Time
average/Count average/Moving average
(address: 0105H to 0108H) is less than "4 ×
Sampling period" (ms).
indicates the number of the channel where
an error has occurred.
The averaging count value set in CH Time
average/Count average/Moving average
Count average
(address: 0105H to 0108H) is outside the
setting out-of-range
range of 4 to 65000.
indicates the number of the channel where
an error has occurred.
The moving average count value set in CH
Time average/Count average/Moving average
Moving average
(address: 0105H to 0108H) is outside the
setting out-of-range
range of 2 to 128.
indicates the number of the channel where
an error has occurred.
Conversion speed
The value set in Conversion speed setting
setting out-of-range
(address: 0001H) is other than 0 and 2.
The user range setting value has been set to a
value where the offset value is equal to or
Offset/gain setting
greater than the gain value.
value inverted
indicates the number of the channel where
an error has occurred.
The settings in CH1 Process alarm lower lower
limit value (address: 010FH) to CH4 Process
alarm upper upper limit value (address:
011EH) are invalid.
indicates the number of the channel that has
been incorrectly set.
Process alarm
indicates that the set values are in one of
setting error
the following conditions:
2:
Process alarm lower lower limit value >
Process alarm lower upper limit value
3:
Process alarm lower upper limit value >
Process alarm upper lower limit value
4:
Process alarm upper lower limit value >
Process alarm upper upper limit value
Mode switch setting
A value out of the range is set in mode switch
error
(address: 0000H).
Description and cause
Action
Adjust the external signal assignment function to
fall within the addresses assigned to the extension
I/O module.
Set a unique address.
Set the averaging time to a value in the range of 2
to 5000ms.
Adjust the time average value to be equal to or
greater than "4 × Sampling period" (ms).
Set the averaging count to a value in the range of
4 to 65000.
Set the moving average count to a value in the
range of 2 to 128.
Set one of the following values in Conversion
speed setting (address: 0001H).
• 400μs/channel (0H)
• 1ms/channel (1H)
• 100μs/channel (2H)
Correct the setting so that the offset value is
smaller than the gain value.
Correct the settings in CH1 Process alarm lower
lower limit value (address: 010FH) to CH4
Process alarm upper upper limit value (address:
011EH).
Reset the mode switch (address: 0000H) to either
of the followings.
• Normal Mode (0H)
• Trigger conversion mode (1H)
• Automatical judgment mode (9H)
