Shows the order of error occurrence. (A value in the range of 0 to 65535 is
stored.)
Shows the date and time of error occurrence.
(When the tens place of Month, Hour and Second is "0", "0" is omitted.)
Stores the value in CH Digital operation value (RWr2 to RWr5, RWr12 to
RWr15) at the time of occurrence of an error.
