Administrator Guide
Overview
This administrator guide is intended for administrators who configure, customize, manage, and
troubleshoot the Huawei HD video terminal (terminal for short) and the Huawei video terminal
touch panel (touch panel for short).This document is applicable to the following products:
ViewPoint 9030S, ViewPoint 9039 (ViewPoint 9039-T and ViewPoint 9039-M), ViewPoint
9039S (ViewPoint 9039S-M), ViewPoint 9036 (ViewPoint 9036-M), ViewPoint 9035,
ViewPoint 9033, ViewPoint 9030, HUAWEI VP9039A (HUAWEI VP9039A-T and HUAWEI
VP9039A-TS), HUAWEI VP9036S, and HUAWEI VP9035A. T or TS indicates that the
corresponding terminal is to be used in a Huawei telepresence system and M indicates that the
corresponding terminal provides a built-in Multipoint Control Unit (MCU). You can check the
bottom of a product to view its model.

The HUAWEI VP9039A-T and the ViewPoint 9039-T are video terminals used in the
Huawei telepresence system. The appearance and operation method of the HUAWEI
VP9039A-T are the same as those of the HUAWEI VP9039A and the appearance and
operation method of the ViewPoint 9039-T are the same as those of the ViewPoint 9039.
Therefore, this document does not explicitly describe the appearance and operation method
of the HUAWEI VP9039A-T and the ViewPoint 9039-T.
Chapter 10 Remote Management from the Web Interface
and Troubleshooting describe the operations on the Web interface. The other chapters in
this document describe operations performed using the remote control.
The administrator password may be required to access the Settings, Utilities, and
Diagnostics screens. For details about how to set the administrator password, see section
9.2.1 Setting the Administrator
