Modifying, Deleting, and Searching
You can modify and search for a site or group in, or delete a site or group from the address book.
Modifying
To modify the parameter settings of a defined site or group, scroll to the site or the group, and
then select
Deleting
To delete a site or a group from the local address book, scroll to the site or the group, and then
select
Searching
The displayed querying results are filtered in real time based on the contents entered in
Search. For example, after you enter W in the text box, the sites whose names start with W are
displayed in the site list. To perform an exact search for a site, enter the whole name of the site
in the text box.
Using a Virtual Conference Room to Initiate a Conference
The terminal allows you to dial a virtual conference room number to initiate a multipoint
conference.
Prerequisites
Find the desired virtual conference room entry from LDAP Address Book, and save it to the
local address book.
Context
Virtual Conference Room: From a standalone MCU, the administrator can reserve conference
resources, schedule a conference without predefined participants, and assign the conference a
number (the virtual conference room number).
