The following sections take the ViewPoint 9039, ViewPoint 9035, and ViewPoint 9030 as
examples and describe their positioning methods.
In compliance with the requirements of heat dissipation, do not place any equipment that
consumes large amounts of power within a radius of 500 mm of the terminal. In addition, do not
place any equipment that affects the heat dissipation of the terminal within a radius of 200 mm.
If you place the terminal in a cabinet, ensure that you leave at least 2 U (2 U = 88.9 mm) of space
above the terminal for heat to dissipate.
Placing the Terminal Horizontally

are four screw holes in the panel of the terminal. Fasten four screws to install the feet. Place the
terminal horizontally on a table. Ensure that the surface of the panel with the feet faces
downward.
