The methods for powering on and powering off the ViewPoint 9039, ViewPoint 9036, ViewPoint
9035, and ViewPoint 9033 are the same. The methods for powering on and powering off the
ViewPoint 9030, ViewPoint 9039S, HUAWEI VP9035A, HUAWEI VP9036S, and HUAWEI
VP9039A are the same. Therefore, the following sections take the ViewPoint 9039 and the
ViewPoint 9030 as examples to describe the powering on and powering off process.
The front panel of the ViewPoint 9039 includes the power button, infrared remote control
receiver, status indicators, and USB port.
The front panel of the ViewPoint 9030 includes the infrared remote control receiver and the
status indicator. The power button and the USB port, however, are located on the rear panel.

When the power cable is connected to the terminal and the indicator on the power adapter is on,
it indicates that the terminal is connected to the power supply properly.

To power on the ViewPoint 9039, perform either of the following operations:

The sequence of and voltage difference between the live wire, neutral wire, and ground
wire comply with the relevant international standards. In addition, ensure that the ground
wire is properly grounded.

orange, but the power switch on the rear panel is still in the ON state. To power on the terminal, press
