1. AT THE END OF EACH DAY'S USAGE
Deadweight Cleaning and Inspection
OF THE FRYER, THE DEADWEIGHT
VALVE MUST BE CLEANED. The fryer
must be OFF and the pressure released. Open
the lid and then remove the deadweight valve
cap and deadweight.
Failure to clean the deadweight assembly
daily could result in the fryer building too
much pressure. Severe injuries and burns
could result.
2. Wipe both the cap and weight with a soft
cloth. Make certain to thoroughly clean inside
cap, the weight seat, and around deadweight
orifice.
3. Dry the parts and replace immediately to
prevent damage or loss.
