Filtering prolongs the life of the oil, the unit as well as improves product quality. There are various ways to filter the oil. As an example, a quick filter automatically runs between cook cycles to clean the oil and remove debris from the vat. A daily filter is run at the end of the day to thoroughly clean the unit.
