Procedure for Model 690 SN: AP0802028 & earlier
1. Using a Phillip's-head screwdriver, remove top screw, but just loosen the lower screw on each side of the
fryer, shown in Figure 3.
2. Lift out on the top of the rear cover and then lift up on it to clear loosened screw, circled in Figure 4.
