Remedial Action
1. Please retry the operation.
2. If still unsuccessful, on the front panel, press the
Accept and Reset buttons together for 10 s, which
will restart the COB.
3. If the error has not cleared, if possible cycle the
power to the system.
4. If the problem persists, please contact your local
service representative.

1. Check that the correct file is being used for the
restore operation, and is saved as \Hard Disk\
Touchpoint Pro Configuration\Touchpoint
ProConfig.bin
2. Retry the operation.
3. On the front panel, press the Accept and Reset
buttons together for 10 s, which will restart the COB.
4. Retry the operation.
