BLKCON is used for blocking of functions in a bay and in an apparatus control pro-
gram. BLKCONL (x=1) contains one blocking function and BLKCONK (x=1, 2 and 3)
contains three blocking functions. The blocking function can be controlled by both
steady and pulse signals. The functionality can be represented by logic as in Figure 89
below.
