1 Reboot the main body.
Check the MFPB connector for proper connection and

correct as necessary.
3 Replace MFPB.
After taking the above actions, if the counter backup
process results in the same trouble code again, the

EEPROM can be broken. In this case, the counter
backup is unavailable.
