Remedy: Verify that the
correct import file is
being used and was
created by this product.
Verify that the file
structure has not been
corrupted. If the
problem persists, notify
customer service.
SDI Audio Cause: SDI audio groups
sampling are not configured
frequency correctly, or the
mismatch transport stream has
changed the sampling
rate of one of the audio
streams.
Remedy: Configure the
SDI audio groups to
ensure that all audio
channels in a group
have the same sampling
frequency rate.
