FTP Failed Cause: FTP settings or
the server may not be
configured correctly.
Remedy: Verify the FTP
server configuration and
permissions. Verify that
FTP settings on the unit.
Verify that the server is
reachable from the client
(such as configuring
firewalls or network
settings). Retry the
Import operation.
Not Accepted Cause: Import file is
either for a different
product or the structure
was not compatible with
this unit.
Remedy: Verify that the
correct import file is
being used and was
created by this product.
Verify that the file
structure has not been
corrupted. If the
problem persists, notify
customer service.
