2.3.1.3 Floor Anchoring

The system's floor anchors are designed for use only on concrete floors that meet the minimal
166 mm (6.5") concrete floor requirements.

For concrete floors thinner than 166 mm or different floor types other anchoring methods might be
required. These must comply with the minimum load requirements (see
Requirements,
p.2-28) and must be installed and tested at the customer's expense, by the customer's
structural contractor. The selected anchoring method must have a pulling tensile force of 19.7 kN on each
of the anchors bolting the NM gantry to the floor.
In such a case, the alternative anchors shall be installed during system installation, and this must be
coordinated with the installation team. For anchor point information, see
