[2] PREPARATION

(1) Knuckle Case

Draining Knuckle Case Oil
1. Park the vehicle on a firm, flat, and level surface,
2. Remove the wheel.
3. To drain the used oil, remove the drain the filling plugs at the LH
knuckle case and drain the oil completely into the oil pan.
4. After draining, reinstall the drain plug.
5. Use the same procedure to change the RH knuckle case oil.

Battery
CAUTION
• When disconnecting the battery cables, disconnect the
negative cable from the battery first. When connecting,
connect the positive cable to the battery first.
1. Remove the cover (1).
2. Disconnect the negative cable (4) from the battery.
3. Disconnect the positive cable (2) from the battery.
