(G) Main Gear Shift Section
Disassembling Auxiliary Shift Section
1. Remove the spring pins (7) and remove the shift forks (4), (5) and
fork rods (1), (3).
2. Tap out the DT shaft (2).
3. Tap out the shaft (27).
4. Tap out the 16T gear shaft and gears on it.
(When reassembling)
• Direct the grooved side of the thrust collar (15), (19), (30) to the
gear side.
IMPORTANT
• Do not interchange the clutch assembly between F and R
side. Therefore, put a mark on the clutch disc and plate
before disassembling.

1. Unscrew the bearing holder mounting screw.
2. Screw in the M10 x Pitch 1.25 mm screws for threaded hole (A).
