Mailbox

Register mailboxes to store copied and scanned documents. Up to 500 mailboxes can
be registered.
It is convenient to make separate mailboxes, for example for copied documents and for
scanned documents, according to the purpose.
You can decide which mailbox to use according to your purpose as each mailbox can
be used for copied documents or scanned documents.
You can check the current mailboxes in the "Mailbox list ". For more information, refer to "Mailbox
List" (P.429).

Select [Mailbox].

Select the box to be registered, and
select [Create/Delete].

When creating a new box, a
password setting screen appears.
If not setting a password
1) Select [Off], and select [Save].
When setting a password
1) Select [On], and enter the
password.
2) Select [Save].

Select the item to be set, and
select [Change Settings].

Select the setting value.

Select [Save].
• Select [
] to display the
previous screen and select
[
] to display the next screen.
• By entering a three-digit
number with the numeric
keypad, you can specify the
mailbox directly.
