Install the LED printhead assembly properly, and
perform a print test.
Does the problem remain?
Check the LED printhead assembly for connection.

Is the above component properly connected?
Check the developer HVPS PCBA for proper

connectivity. Disconnect and reconnect all appropriate
cables.
Replace the developer HVPS PCBA.
Go to

Perform a print test.

Check the transfer roll HVPS PCBA for proper

connectivity. Disconnect and reconnect all appropriate
cables.
