With a copier, the settings are specified from the Menu screen.

Functions that can be specified from the FAX Menu screen

[TSI]:
[Dest. Insert]:
Scanner Mode
If transmission source information is set to be
added, information such as the source name,
transmission date, document number and page
number is printed at the edge of the received
document.
A maximum of eight transmission source names
can be registered. Refer to "Programming the
Transmission Source Name" on page 13-17.
The specified transmission source information is
used with normal faxing, Internet faxing, IP
address faxing and Scan to E-mail
transmissions.
The TSI setting is reset after each transmission.
For details on specifying the default transmission
source name, refer to "Programming the
Transmission Source Name" on page 13-17.
The fax can be sent with the name of the
recipient added in addition to the transmission
source name.
The Dest. Insert setting is reset after each
transmission. For more details, refer to
"Specifying Software Settings (Machine
Functions)" in the Advanced Operations volume
of the copier's User Manual.
