Problem

displayed.

specifying
settings.

Problem
Even though
the network
application is
installed,
[Network
Settings] does
not appear on
the
Administrator
Management
screen.
A fax cannot
be sent from
any screen.
Scanner Mode
Cause
Depending on the browser,
scroll within the input area. If
this is not possible, this should
not affect the actual setting
operation, although it may be
a problem for displaying.
Depending on the operating
system, some characters
cannot be specified or
displayed.
Spaces entered at the end of
words may be removed.
Depending on the browser,
settings that appear as "*",
such as passwords, may be
erased.
Cause
The device is not operating
correctly.
The priority transmission
mode is set to sending e-mail.

Remedy
Contact your service
representative.
To change the transmission
mode setting, touch [Admin.
Management] [Admin. 1] [TX
Settings] [Quality/Mode]
[Communication]. In addition,
if "E-mail" was selected for this
communication mode setting,
change it to "FAX".
