Specifying Management Settings
13.10 Specifying that Received Documents Not Be
Printed ("Memory Lock" Function)
If the setting not to print received fax documents (including Internet faxes
and IP address faxes) is specified, they can all be printed at a later time.
By specifying a time period when faxes are not printed or by restricting
printing with a password, faxes, for example, those received at night, can
be received at a safer time.
Notes
G
Printing can be stopped only for received faxes.
Printing cannot be stopped for copies or computer printouts.
G
The time period when faxes are not printed can be set by day.
G
If a time period is specified, all documents saved while printing was
stopped are automatically printed once printing restarts.
G
To manually print a document, touch [Print Management] on the User
Management screen, and then perform the necessary operation to
begin printing.
G
If printing is restricted with a password, touch [Memory Lock
Password], and then register the password.
If a password is not registered, printing can be restarted without
entering a password.
