Tighten the two screws (1) at the base of the steering.
Effectuate the operation several times until the
torque wrench does not turn the screw any more.
This operation must be carried for both stems.
Grease only the first threads.
Torque pressure: 18 N·m
Re-install the steering head making sure that it fits per-

fectly in place.
Tighten the three screws (2) of the steering head/stems
to the prescribed torque pressure.
Torque pressure steering head (2):
16 ÷ 18 N·m
Grease only the first threads.
This check is necessary for the correct
positioning of the stems even if the steering
head has not been removed. This check
guarantees the standard set-up of the
motorcycle.
Mount the front wheel and brake callipers according to
procedures contained in the page 9.
