BATTERY
The battery mounted on this motorcycle is a sealed
battery therefore no maintenance is required.
The following battery is used: BS BTZ 10S
This is a sealed battery with breather valve. No elec-
trolyte level checking is required.
Never remove the battery seal caps nor block
the breather opening.
During vehicle downtime (e.g. the winter season) it is
not necessary to take the battery out. To store the bat-
tery simply remove the charger fuse (1) from the
remote ignition switch; accordingly, the battery is dis-
connected from the system.
