Undo the six locking screws (1) of the pulleys, by turning them counter clockwise by 90° ± 5°.
Check that the pulley has no end float and can rotate freely at all points along the full length of the slots.
After checking, tighten the six screws (1) to a torque of (Min. 6 Nm - Max. 7 Nm).
Refit the timing belts (Refitting the timing

Refit the secondary air unit
