At idle with steering wheel at full lock: battery

With A/C switch ON: about 0 V
With A/C switch OFF: battery voltage
With ignition switch ON (II): battery voltage
With ignition switch ON (II): battery voltage
At idle, not in P or N position: about 0 V
Above idle: battery voltage
