This manual describes how to install and operate the COMSPHERE
3921Plus carrier-mounted modems. This manual assumes that you have a basic understanding of
modems and their operation.

How to Use This Manual

Chapter 1 provides technical specifications, information about the 3900Plus modems' features, and
the government requirements for using these modems.
