Rotation Hydraulic Motor
How to Remove the Rotation
Hydraulic Motor
When removing a hose assembly
or fitting, the O-ring on the fitting
and/or hose end must be replaced
and then torqued to specification
during installation. Refer to
Section Two, Hydraulic Hose and
Fitting Torque Specifications.
1 Secure the turntable from rotating with the
turntable rotation lock pin.

2 Open the engine pivot plate latch and swing the
engine out and away from the machine to
access the turntable rotation motor.
3 Tag, disconnect and plug the hydraulic hoses
from the turntable rotation motor manifold. Cap
the fittings on the manifold.
4 Remove the turntable rotation motor mounting
fasteners, then remove the motor from the
brake.
5 Remove the turntable rotation motor from the
machine.

Spraying hydraulic oil can
penetrate and burn skin. Loosen
hydraulic connections very slowly
to allow the oil pressure to
dissipate gradually. Do not
allow oil to squirt or spray.
