How to Adjust the Charge
Pressure Relief Valve
1 Connect a 0 to 600 psi (0 to 41 bar) pressure
gauge to the test port (item 5) located on the
drive manifold.
2 Start the engine from the platform controls.
3 Drive the machine slowly in either direction and
observe the pressure reading on the pressure
gauge.

4 Turn the engine off. Hold the charge pressure
relief valve and remove the cap (index 7).
5 Adjust the internal hex socket. Turn it clockwise
to increase the pressure or counterclockwise
to decrease the pressure. Then install the
valve cap.
6 Restart the engine. Drive the machine in either
direction and recheck the valve pressure.
7 Repeat steps 2 through 6 until the specified
charge pressure is achieved.
8 Turn the engine off, then remove the
pressure gauge.
