2 Remove the cotter pin from the rod-end clevis
pin of the steer cylinder. Remove the clevis pin.
3 Remove the cotter pin from the barrel-end
clevis pin of the steer cylinder then remove the
clevis pin.
Always use a new cotter pin when
installing a clevis pin.
4 Remove the steering cylinder from the machine.

How to Remove the Tie Rod
1 Remove the cotter pins from the clevis pins at
each end of the tie rod, then remove the clevis
pins.
2 Remove the tie rod.
