How to Remove the Water
Temperature and Oil Pressure
Switches
Perform this procedure with the
engine off.
1 Open the engine side turntable cover and locate
the water temperature and oil pressure
switches.
2 Disconnect the wiring from the desired switch.
3 Remove the switch from the engine block, and
then install the new switch. Do not over tighten.
Burn hazard. Contact with hot
engine fluids or components may
result in severe burns
Always use pipe thread sealant
when installing a switch.
