Unsupported Command Processing

The following Epson controls are not supported by the 4247 Printer. If any of these
commands are received, they are ignored.
v Select 9-Pin Graphic Mode (ESC |)
v Disable Paper-Out Sensor (ESC 8)
v Enable Paper-Out Sensor (ESC 9)
v Select Color (ESC r)
v Assign Character Table (ESC (t)
