The Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Q Reference Signaling
Point (QSIG) Name Display feature provides three supplementary services
pertaining to the calling or connected party name display. These
supplementary services allow the calling/connected party to either present or
restrict the display of name identification on an ISDN PRI or ISDN BRI link.
