The ISDN QSIG/EuroISDN Call Completion feature expands Ring Again
functionalities on QSIG and EuroISDN interfaces. This feature provides Call
Completion to Busy Subscriber (CCBS) and Call Completion on No
Response (CCNR) supplementary services.
