PnP (Plug and Play):
If a USB cable is connected, the operating system will automatically recognize the printer and one
of the following:
A
USB driver is installed: the operating system automatically sets up the printer.
B
USB driver is not installed: a pop-up menu appears which recommends you to install the driver.

USB1.1: Windows 98/2000/Me/XP, Mac OS 9.x, Mac OS X classic mode
