Check the On Line indicator is on. If not, press the { { { { On Line} } } } key to enter the "Ready" condi-
tion.

Press the { { { { Enter #} } } } key, then the { { { { Escape} } } } key, and then the { { { { Menu} } } } key.
"Menu" appears on the display.

Press the { { { { U U U U } } } } or { { { { T T T T } } } } key to display the Maintenance menu, and then press the { { { { Enter #} } } } key.
The following message appears on the display:

Color Regist.

Press the { { { { U U U U } } } } or { { { { T T T T } } } } key to display "Menu Protect", and then press the { { { { Enter #} } } } key.

Press the { { { { U U U U } } } } or { { { { T T T T } } } } key to display "Off", and then press the { { { { Enter #} } } } key. Wait for two sec-
onds.
