Lock Extension. Select Yes to "tie" this extension to this agent ID
within the Quality system. Select No to allow other agents to use this
extension. If you have a free seating environment where Agents are not
assigned a specific extension, then you would select No.
15 Click Next.
The AIM Annotation Setup screen is displayed.
16 Select Enable annotation for Agent Initiated Monitors to enable
the Annotate menu item at the agent's workstation.
When the agent selects Annotate from the AIM pop-up menu during a
monitored call, a screen with data entry fields is displayed on the agent's
desktop. The information that the agent enters in these fields is stored
with the call and displayed with the journal file in the Nortel Quality
Monitoring Client.
17 If you enable the annotation option, you need to configure the annotation
fields (User Field 1, User Field 2, and so on). Enter descriptive
