Has the agent's
session been
registered with the
Nortel Quality
Monitoring Server?
Quality Monitoring in a Citrix Environment
Resolutions
When the agent logs on, their session is
registered with WitnessAgentDevTS.exe on
the Quality Monitoring Server.
Have the agent log off and back on, then
check the AgentDevTS.log on the Witness
Server in the Server directory.
If using Host mode, search near the end of
the log for the host name assigned to the
agent's thin client device. Otherwise, search
for the agent's logon name.
If you cannot find the appropriate name,
there is a problem with the communications
between the Witness Capture Service
running on the Thin Client Server and
AgentDevTS.exe running on the Witness
Server.
