MONITOR_BLOCK_VALUE
Specifies whether to allow agents to block monitors
they have initiated via AIM.
Default: "0". Set to "1" to enable agents to block
monitors. This can be overridden at the site level, by
a setting on the Nortel Quality Monitoring Server in
the server.ini file. Refer to the Nortel Quality
Monitoring Server Infrastructure Guide for
information on the [Filter] Section -
MonitorBlocking setting.
ENABLE_ANNOT
AIM Annotations are fields on the Agent Initiated
Monitoring – Annotate Call dialog box which
agents can populate during an agent initiated
monitoring session. The property
ENABLE_ANNOT specifies whether to enable
AIM Annotations.
Default: "1". Set to "0" if you do not want to enable
AIM Annotations.
If you choose to enable AIM Annotations, you must
provide values for the properties listed in
"Dependent Properties for Aim Annotation," on
page 139.
