names. Any field left blank will not be included on the agent screen.
Note: It is important that these fields do not vary from desktop to
desktop. These fields must also match the corresponding data types in
the database.
Note: To avoid having to set up each agent workstation manually, you
can use the batch file procedure described in "Silent Agent Installation,"
on page 129 to apply a common configuration to multiple agent
workstations.
18 Click Define User Tips to enable tool tips that can assist agents when
answering calls.
The Add User Tips to Annotation Labels screen appears.
19 Enter information in any of the User Tip fields and click OK.
20 Click Next.
